Julee Coffman is a native New Mexican living in Santa Fe since 1980. She creates quilts and other crafts with bold, colorful and textural fabrics. Her love of fabric began as a child sewing with her Grandmother. She later owned La Servilleta, a table linen business in the 1980s, selling to small businesses across New Mexico.
Quilting now for over 12 years, Julee has designed several original quilt patterns including an indoor hopscotch mat popular with young children. Her designs have won her multiple awards for her color sense and creativity in competitions throughout New Mexico.
Julee will be one of the artists showing in the upcoming Eldorado Art Studio Tour, May 16-17 2015.
